Vinaigrette

Ingredients

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

3 T vinegar (champagne, red wine, etc.)

1 t garlic, minced

1 t Dijon mustard

½ t salt

½ t pepper

 

Directions

In small bowl, whisk together mustard, garlic, vinegar and salt and pepper

Add oil, whisking constantly, until vinaigrette is emulsified

 

Will dress enough greens for approximately 8 people
